is a violin maker based in Lyon, France. He is a VSA gold medallist, and was formerly a restorer at Florian Leonhard’s workshop. He now focuses solely on new making and sound adjustment.

was professor extraordinarius of modern history and Austrian history at the University of Innsbruck until 2019. His research focus is on the 16th and 17th centuries. He is currently researching Jacob Stainer’s early childhood and movements.
